The open house generated a lot of traffic and we received multiple offers. Today we accepted one of the offers.
We have now opened escrow and the waiting begins. The home inspection is scheduled for this Thursday January 19th and the appraisal has been ordered.

wow... that was fast. Guess the market has picked up out there.
Yes it was really was quick and I think we were all surprised a little. We are keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly.
