The loan funded today and it was recorded; so we were able to make it under the wire for the tax exemption. Whew!!!
I really cannot believe how fast and smooth this went. It only took three weeks from the date of listing to close!! Hats off to our agent for her effort to list the property, hold the open house and push to get it closed ahead of time.

Tank/K, We will now put the profit back into this house. The windows need to be addressed and also the north side wall/fence as well as that back deck area. It will be so nice to have a roof over the porch and a new grill. ☺
