Don't blame you one bit. Tiling a bathroom is usually an exercise in futility. It's never square. Lot of nooks, crannies, outcroppings, and penetrations to deal with. It's so small that the slightest screw up you make is instantly noticeable to everyone.

Yeah, I am understanding the "move in ready" thing. I think it might be kinda nice.
